Pranjal Patil works for Equal Adventure as a research and production assistant.
She is based in the electronics area, where she works on electronic systems for the Boma All Terrain Wheelchair, and can usually be found using the plasma cutter or bending machine.
Pranjal, as a mechanical engineer, was drawn to Equal Adventure in a product-based industry because EA Developments designs, produces and sells roughly 350 unique products. Working on this diverse range of products and their direct impacts on customers is a huge source of motivation for Pranjal.
Pranjal has been working on the new Boma 8 upgrades for some time now. She is extremely proud of her contribution and pleased with how well it has been tested. She has also been working on the electrical systems for both the handlebar and joystick versions, adapting them for hotter climates.
She works well with the team and has learnt much since starting her Equal Adventure journey. Although she already had a depth of knowledge about electronics, including how they should work, how they should be thought of, and how they should be designed, as a member of the EA team she has learnt invaluable technical electronic skills and works hands-on with ease.
When she's not in the factory, Pranjal enjoys nothing more than curling up with a good book.
