    Helen Graham began her journey at Equal Adventure 14 years ago, where she was a part-time seamstress with two young girls, and she now works full time as Production Manager. As Production Manager, Helen is in charge of a lot, including making sure the products all go out correctly, paperwork is filled out, and everything works to ISO9001. She gives the team job cards and makes sure they complete them, and checks all work before it goes out to our lovely customers. Helen has a unique skill set, coming from a background in fashion design and clothing technology....

Looking back at Equal Adventure’s experience at RGS (with ibg) Explore Conference 2024, there are some important reflections that the team has shared since the last conference in 2022.
